Services & Fees
SimplifyLaw offers a structured range of legal services designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses and individuals, from day-to-day operational support to complex transactions and disputes
Our practice combines ongoing strategic legal support, through our Fractional General Counsel offering, with conventional legal services delivered on a matter-by-matter basis. This allows us to work flexibly with clients at different stages of growth, complexity and organizational maturity.
We are able to provide Hong Kong law advice on non-contentious matters to businesses and individuals in Hong Kong on a remote basis, particularly in relation to the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements and documentation.
In delivering our services, we focus on practical execution, commercial judgment and efficiency, supported by careful and responsible use of legal technology, while ensuring that all advice and work product remain subject to independent human legal analysis and professional oversight.

Hong Kong Law Advice with Cross-Border Perspective
SimplifyLaw provides Hong Kong law advice on a non-contentious basis to clients in Australia, Greater China and internationally, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial matters.
Drawing on our deep familiarity with Hong Kong's legal and business environment, we advise businesses and individuals on a wide range of Hong Kong law issues, including the structuring, drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements and transactional documentation. Our Hong Kong practice is especially relevant for clients with cross-border operations, investments or commercial relationships involving Hong Kong.
Our Hong Kong law services are delivered on a remote and cross-border basis, enabling clients to access experienced legal advice without the need for a physical presence in Hong Kong.
Contentious Matters in Hong Kong
For contentious matters governed by Hong Kong law — including civil litigation, criminal proceedings, regulatory investigations and court or tribunal proceedings in Hong Kong—SimplifyLaw works in collaboration with established Hong Kong law firms.
In such matters, we assist clients by providing strategic input, cross-border coordination and commercial context, while partnering with Hong Kong-qualified litigators who have rights of audience before the Hong Kong courts and tribunals. This approach allows clients to benefit from seamless coordination, clear communication and practical oversight across jurisdictions, while ensuring that all contentious proceedings are handled by appropriately authorised local counsel.
Fees and Pricing Philosophy
SimplifyLaw is committed to providing transparent, predictable and commercially sensible pricing.
For most non-contentious matters, we endeavour to offer fixed-fee or capped-fee proposals, clearly defining scope, deliverables and assumptions before work commences. This approach allows clients to plan with confidence and avoid unexpected legal costs.
For Fractional General Counsel services, fee arrangements are tailor-made based on the client’s actual needs, business size, complexity and level of ongoing support required. Interested parties are encouraged to contact us to discuss their circumstances and obtain a customized fee proposal.
For contentious matters where fixed fees may not be appropriate, we will provide staged or scope-based estimates wherever practicable.
Use of AI and Legal Technology
SimplifyLaw makes careful and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools and legal technology to enhance efficiency, improve turnaround times and help manage costs for clients.
SimplifyLaw makes careful and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools and legal technology to enhance efficiency, improve turnaround times and help manage costs for clients.
Our use of AI is supportive, not substitutive. AI tools may assist with tasks such as document review, comparison, drafting support and workflow management. However, all legal advice, analysis, drafting and strategic decisions are subject to independent human judgment, legal research and professional expertise..
AI does not replace the role of the lawyer. Every matter is reviewed and overseen by a qualified solicitor to ensure accuracy, compliance, confidentiality and professional responsibility.
At SimplifyLaw, our objective is to deliver clear, reliable and commercially grounded legal services — combining experience, judgment and modern tools in a way that genuinely serves our clients’ interests.
